This week, OpenTable released its list of the top 100 restaurants in America for 2025.
According to the study, researchers with the restaurant-booking website used over 10 million diner reviews — along with ratings, reservation demands, and five-star reviews — to figure out which eateries ranked as the best in the nation.
“The list showcases the full spectrum of diner gems, from family-run favorites and creative newcomers to MICHELIN-starred destinations that continue to raise the bar,” the study reads.

This year’s list spans over 40 cities in the U.S., with Chicago claiming the top spot. The Windy City featured 16 of the restaurants included in the final ranking.
But the Sunshine State wasn’t left out; three Florida restaurants were also included:
Winter Garden’s hit restaurant Norigami is an eight-seat sushi counter that can be found inside Plant Street Market at 426 W. Plant Street.
The business was started by Chef David Tsan, an Orlando native who was born in Taiwan and came to the U.S. at the age of 10 to attend school.
Norigami was recognized earlier this year by the Michelin Guide, again receiving a Bib Gourmand distinction alongside several other Orlando restaurants. It was first awarded the distinction in 2023.
