Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier is set to hold a news conference in Jacksonville.
Statewide Prosecutor Brad McVay, Jacksonville Sheriff T.K. Waters and R. Scott Shalley, President/CEO, Florida Retail Federation will join Uthmeier.
The news conference is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. on Friday at a Home Depot located on 9751 Crosshill Blvd.
