The primary focus of the BH Group, owned by married partners Isaac and Liat Toledano, is the development of luxury residential properties, prime land holdings, office spaces and mixed-use assets, strategically positioned in prime locations.
For 20 years, the Miami-based company has undertaken a significant number of real estate transactions and developments, with a substantial range of collaborative ventures that redefine the real estate market.
What motivated the Toledanos to create their company was their desire to build a business for their next generation — eight children altogether. Three have already joined.
Isaac Toledano started his career as a mortgage broker in 1999 and began investing in real estate in 2001.
“We formed a very small business, and it grew and grew,” he points out. “We’re proud of what we do. We’re very active — and now only do business in the state of Florida.
“This was a smart decision,” Toledano points out. “We all see what’s happening in the state of Florida — it’s one of the best markets in the world. Not only when COVID-19 started, but in the last 10 years, we’re seeing real growth and strong momentum, with a lot of families, companies and offices moving to South Florida, specifically to Palm Beach and Broward Counties. It’s a safe place with a business-friendly environment.”
BH Group is unique in that it offers creativity and is a small, family-owned business. Toledano also has a great reputation in the industry for making quick and efficient decisions and for closing quickly. In 2025 alone, the company closed on more than $300 million of transactions and plans to close on another $50 million before the year’s end, he notes.
One of BH Group’s most successful joint ventures is with Miami’s Related Group, a leading developer.
“I’m proud to be a friend of the Perez family for 13 years now,” Toledano expresses. “We’ve completed many projects, including the Ritz Carlton Residences in West Palm Beach, with more than 20 in the pipeline.”
