The New Benetti B.Now 52M builds on the success of B.Now 50M
Benetti
When it comes to quintessential superyacht destinations, it’s pretty hard to top the Mediterranean in the summer and the Caribbean in the Winter. But, when it comes to global superyacht market demand (at least these days) it’s pretty hard to top the United States. So it makes perfect sense that the Azimut/Benetti Group (and other large yacht shipyards that will be covered in future stories) have recently opened new offices at the gloriously rebuilt Pier Sixty Six.
“Fort Lauderdale is considered the yachting capital of America and represents a strategic hub for the Group,” says Marco Valle, CEO of the Azimut|Benetti Group. “The opening of these new spaces confirms our commitment to this market and allows us to offer a privileged meeting point to continue connecting with owners and collaborators, in a location that perfectly embodies the spirit and values of our brands.”
And I can say from experience during the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, their new offices are as sleek and stylish as you’d expect from the large Italian yachtbuilding group. And I can also say from experience that the new yachts they’ve introduced recently are not only sleek and stylish. They build on the success of the Oasis Deck® concept and unveil entirely new concepts as well.
The pool and huge aft deck area is a key feature of the new Benetti B.Now 52M

First up is the new B.Now 52M with exteriors by RWD and interiors designed by Valentina Zannier that reinterprets and redefines B.Now 50M, one of the most successful Benetti models of recent years.
Of course, the Oasis Deck® is 30% larger than the previous version, and the completely redesigned pool incorporates a retractable cover system that transforms the area into a spacious platform on the water with a magical atmosphere.

While the exterior was redesigned to offer bigger and better spaces to swim, sunbathe and chill, the real heart of the project can be found on the Main Deck that features a continuous 157-foot-long passageway from the stern right up to the panoramic bow terrace. This layout amplifies the sense of space by eliminating an external walkway which now forms part of the interior. In this new solution the walls are replaced with huge, glazed surfaces.
On the upper deck, the elimination of the external staircase up to the terrace creates a massive new area (1,184 square feet) entirely reserved for the owner split between the master suite and the private terrace.
“Our vision for the B.Now 52M was to reprise the extraordinary features that made the B.Now 50M model such a success and take them to the next level, creating a harmonious combination of openness, functionality and flexibility,” explains Charlie Baker, Director of RWD.
Meanwhile, interior designer Valentina Zannier says, “A new concept must represent progress in terms of both aesthetics and functionality in equal measure, and the B.Now 52M perfectly embodies this balance. Essential in her clean architectural lines, elegant in her interior design language, and with fluid connections between the spaces.”

And now for something completely different, the new B.Loft 58M features a sophisticated and contemporary design language by Cassetta Yacht Designers that was inspired by large villas and modern lofts.
“We wanted B.Loft to be a place where you feel wonderfully at ease wherever you are on board: a space that’s both familiar and surprising,” explains Giorgio Cassetta. “We were inspired by the modern architecture of waterfront villas, particularly in Central America, with terraces on multiple levels that are always perfectly interconnected, where everyone feels part of the same environment.”
The loft experience is in full effect in the panoramic Sky Lounge, which extends across over 750-square-feet and has a remarkable ceiling height of 10 feet, 6 inches. The large glass side walls offer an unobstructed view of the horizon, while a large sliding door opens onto an outdoor area with sea views.
As with all Oasis designs, the heart of the new Oasis 42M is an enhanced Oasis Deck that features one of the largest pools in this size category, complete with a retractable cover that extends uninterrupted aft deck space to over 1,100 square feet.
Developed with bonetti/kozerski architecture, the interiors reflect a new stylistic vision defined by natural and alternative materials – such as tiles, metal or travertine inserts in the salon finishes – fluid layouts, and versatile wellness spaces.
The interior of the Oasis 42M has a warm and contemporary vibe
Benetti
“In our first yacht with Benetti on the Oasis 40M we were excited to bring a fresh eye to the design of a boat that ended up being a ground-breaking step toward a more dynamic and relaxed yachting experience. We are very proud that now, with the Oasis 42M, we have a chance to create a true evolution of that concept. The focus is still on an open and fluid plan, unexpected and consistent materials that gradually progress toward a more refined and tactile quality of details, the deeper you enter the boat,” announces Enrico Bonetti from bonetti/kozerski architecture.
The exterior, penned by RWD, refines the distinctive Oasis lines with curves and lines that were inspired by contemporary architecture and automotive design.

As Mark Gardner, Director of Exterior Design at RWD, explains: “The Oasis 42M is an evolution, not a revolution. Its softer, pebble-like lines create a yacht that feels sleek, natural, and enduringly elegant.”
Mama Mia!
