Do you have a neighbor who goes all out decorating for Christmas? Do you drive past a blindingly bright holiday display on your commute home? Are you an aspiring Clark Griswold, hauling out thousands of twinkle lights each year?

The Orlando Sentinel is looking for the best holiday light displays in Central Florida for our eighth annual Twinkly Awards.

Ultimately, we’ll compile a list of our favorite holiday displays and name the awards accordingly. Entries must be from a decorated house or residence, not lights at a park or attraction. Entries within a 45-minute drive of Orlando will be considered. Lakeland and Cocoa Beach, for example, are both a little too far.

There are no wrong answers when it comes to Christmas cheer, but previous award-winning displays have been especially merry and bright, have included thoughtful handmade touches, featured lights that dance to music or showcased outside-the-box thinking.
