Family and friends filled the Golf View restaurant at Crandon Golf Course recently to celebrate Dr. Robert L. Simons’ 90th birthday.
A native of New York, and a longtime Key Biscayne resident, Dr. Simons is a surgeon who founded the Simons Center for Nasal and Facial Plastic Surgery after moving to the island. He is a past president of the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and previously served as director of the Division of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Miami.
