The tower includes 60,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space, an extensive amenity package, 45,000 square feet of Class A office space, and 900 parking spaces.
Roughly 250 luxury condominiums are under contract, with prices starting at $1 million and reaching up to $5 million for the penthouses. Sarasota-based Michael Saunders & Company is leading condo sales for the project.
“This is the moment we’ve all been waiting for,” said John Catsimatidis, founder of Red Apple Group, during a Wednesday media tour that offered an exclusive first look inside the tower.
