The 11th Judicial Circuit recently opened its new civil courthouse, and the Miami-Dade Bar — joined by a coalition of voluntary bar associations and Florida Bar President Rosalyn Sia Baker-Barnes — helped mark the occasion with a grand opening reception.
“We were honored to host the grand opening reception of the Osvaldo N. Soto Miami-Dade Justice Center with the Cuban American Bar and 10 other voluntary bar associations including the Asian Pacific American Bar Association, Coral Gables Bar Association, Doral Bar Association, Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers – Miami Chapter, Miami Beach Bar Association, Miami-Dade Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association, the Miami Lakes Bar Association, the Nicaraguan American Lawyers Association, and the Wilkie D. Ferguson, Jr., Bar Association,” Miami-Dade Bar Executive Director Bret Berlin said.
