DJ Khaled holds We The Best Weekend, celebrates 50th birthday at annual golf tournament
MIAMI BEACH, Fla. — South Florida’s own DJ Khaled and his WeTheBest Foundation celebrated the icon’s 50th birthday this week.
Khaled hosted the third annual We The Best Weekend, highlighted by Thursday’s Golf Classic.
It was held at the Miami Beach Golf Club located at 2301 Alton Rd.
This year, they had a record turnout for golfers as 180 people came out to tee up for the event, hoping their skills are up to par.
Fat Joe, Ja Rule and Alonzo Mourning were among the man big names at the tournament, competing for a big prize for charity.
A donation of $30,000 was made to the Fore Life Foundation.
