JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The City of Jacksonville will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of the new Riverfront Plaza Park Friday morning.
Mayor Donna Deegan is expected to give remarks and will be joined by other officials and community leaders.
