Samaritan’s Purse President and CEO Franklin Graham recently described terrifying moments on a flight that brought medical supplies to people uprooted by conflict in South Sudan on Tuesday, Dec. 2.
Leaders with the Christian aid group based in Boone, N.C., said a hijacker snuck onto the plane and hid in the rear cabin before takeoff. Graham said the man pulled a gun, demanding to be taken to Chad, another African country, but was talked down by the pilot.
