In a unanimous vote, the Cape Coral City Council voted on Wednesday in favor of spending $648,000 to finish building Jaycee Park’s new bistro.This option will include a completed shell for the bistro with a roof, but nothing will be inside.According to the city, the total amount approved is $648,000. This includes $216,000 for the bistro’s shell and the rest is to replenish contingency and cover other costs tied to the park project.In addition, a previous concessionaire agreement fell through, so the city said it will step in to complete the shell.
