I am ticked off that the Department of Transportation thinks dressing better will make us more civil on planes, like in the olden days. We need to wear super-comfy clothes because we are jammed into seats that are so tight. We have lost up to 7 inches of legroom and 2 inches of seat width since the 1950’s. In the meantime, people got bigger. I remember when the aisle was wide enough for me to slip past the food cart when headed to the bathroom. No more. And I can hardly walk down the aisle without tripping on feet and bumping arms. Bring back old regulations for bigger airplane space! Then we can talk about being super cordial and dressing with style.
Like a recent poster, I too had to have AAA come and give my car a jump start recently (it turned out the battery was kaput). Instead of replying to the text message sent to my phone, I stayed on the line and in no time I was speaking to a real, live person. Within 20 minutes, a technician was at my house. Something to keep in mind for the next time you have to call AAA.
I’m ticked off with the term “harvesting bears,” which is a euphemism for “killing bears.” You harvest wheat, corn, soybeans, you kill bears. Barbaric, brutal, senseless and disgusting.
I’m ticked off that my employer won’t fix the television in the associate lounge.  No sound and no working remote, just a screen that stays on CNN all day long. I thought you cared more about us.
