Raymond DeJesus entered a guilty plea in court after attacking a teenager at her bus stop.
DeJesus pleaded guilty to five charges, including kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl at knifepoint while she was walking to her bus stop.
Prosecutors said DeJesus agreed to a 25-year prison term, 10 years of sexual predator probation, and no contact with the victim.
In court, DeJesus informed the council that he cannot read or write in English while being informed of his rights.
This was the moment when the state informed DeJesus that he could not appeal his guilty plea, and his counsel reconfirmed the plea with him, to which he agreed.
Sentencing is set for tomorrow morning.
