Horror theater troupe Phantasmagoria heads back to an Orlando stage, yet again bringing haunts to the holiday season.
Phantasmagoria caps off 2025 with a set of live performances interpreting the morality tales of Charles Dickens, A Very Dickens Christmas! The naughtily inclined storytellers, dancers and live performers will deliver an adaptation of A Christmas Carol, plus lesser-known Dickens ghost stories like “The Haunted Man and The Ghost’s Bargain,” “The Goblins Who Stole a Sexton” and “What Christmas Is as We Grow Older.”
Perfect for raising the holiday spirits, naughty and nice alike.
8 p.m. Friday-Saturday, Dec. 19-20, Alexis and Jim Pugh Theater, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, 445 S. Magnolia Ave., drphillipscenter.org, $51-$63.
