Kim, 51, was arrested Tuesday and charged with aggravated stalking.The police department said it began an investigation into Kim on Sept. 3 after it was dispatched to a report of threatening and harassing text messages sent by Kim to the on-site management staff of an apartment complex.Kim previously lived at the apartment complex but was evicted. According to the police report, Kim was evicted from the property because of a pattern of disruptive and unsanitary behavior, including Kim allegedly smearing her dog’s feces on the hallway walls and intentionally smearing her dog’s feces on residents’ vehicles.The incidents were captured on surveillance video.After the eviction, Kim allegedly sent violent text messages that included blowing up a building, murdering a family, hate-filled language targeting Jewish people and a direct threat to kill the property manager on Oct. 8.The report notes between Oct. 27 and Oct. 28, Kim allegedly sent more than 40 text messages that included death threats, racial and homophobic slurs and calls for violence.The police report notes that the property manager became significantly fearful for her own life and safety.During a court appearance on Tuesday, a judge ordered Kim not to have contact with the victim and ordered Kim to be held in the Palm Beach County Jail on $20,000 bail.Get the latest news updates with the WPBF 25 News app. You can download it here.
