A Cape Coral City Councilmember was charged with Driving Under the Influence early Wednesday morning.

Councilmember Rachel Kaduk was arrested early Wednesday at 1:32 a.m. 

Kaduk is accused of Driving Under the Influence and Refusal to Submit to DUI Testing.

She was released on bond Wednesday morning at 7:50.

The City of Cape Coral released a statement.

“This is a personal legal matter unrelated to the councilmember’s duties or city operations. The city has no further comment.”
