I’LL ZOOM IN HERE TO SHOW YOU EXACTLY WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT. AS YOU CAN TELL AT 1205 THIS AFTERNOON, SPEEDS ARE STILL AS LOW AS 11MPH, AND WE’RE STILL SEEING A SHUTDOWN. A deadly crash on the turnpike in St. Lucie County shut down the southbound lanes for hours Friday morning. Around 7 a.m., the Florida Department of Transportation announced the closure on its website FL511.com. The multi-vehicle crash involving a tractor trailer happened near Mile Marker 147, about 5 miles north of the Port St. Lucie Boulevard exit. A deadly crash on the turnpike in St. Lucie County shut down the southbound lanes for hours Friday morning.
Around 7 a.m., the Florida Department of Transportation announced the closure on its website FL511.com.
The multi-vehicle crash involving a tractor trailer happened near Mile Marker 147, about 5 miles north of the Port St. Lucie Boulevard exit.
