Knaus Berry Farm, a longtime South Florida staple known for delicious cinnamon rolls and milkshakes, is set to reopen Monday at a new Miami location and under new ownership.

The farm posted on social media that the grand opening of the new location is happening on Dec. 22.

The once family-owned farm had operated in Homestead dating back to 1956 but when it reopens, it’ll be a few miles away.

The new Miami location at 16790 Southwest 177th Avenue will offer more capacity, parking, and an additional oven to help with long wait times, the farm said previously.

The farm has new ownership but the Knaus family has been retained as consultants with longtime general manager Thomas Blocher remaining as kitchen consultant.

They’re promising the same recipes and quality that have had customers waiting in long lines for decades.

But for the first time, Knaus Berry Farm will be open on Sundays and will be accepting credit cards.
