TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – The land purchase tied to the highly anticipated Buc-ee’s development in Tallahassee topped $10 million.
Buc-ee’s purchased 30.77 acres for $10,722,800, according to the Leon County Property Appraiser’s website. The sale is listed as closing on November 20, under a warranty deed, the website revealed.
The new details come after learning in November that the famously Texas-based travel center chain is one step closer to opening its location on the outskirts of Tallahassee.
