Trevor Lawrence tossed the football to Jakobi Meyers, who then tried to pitch it to Travis Etienne on the run – but Etienne lost control of the ball and Samson Ebukam leapt on top of it, giving the ball back to the Colts.
From there, Rivers marched the offense back down the field – this time, with impressive completions to tight ends Will Mallory and Tyler Warren – and within the first couple minutes of the second quarter, Taylor carried the ball across the goal line for his 20th touchdown of the season.
