Michael Cervenka, chief commercial and strategy officer at Vertical Aerospace, gives a tour of his company's Valo, a next-generation electric aircraft, during a public display event at Collins Park on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2026, in Miami Beach, Fla. The aircraft can fly up to 100 miles at speeds of up to 150 mph, features a panoramic window, has cabin space for up to six passengers and uses all-electric propulsion. The company says passengers will be able to travel from Miami to Fort Lauderdale in about 13 minutes.
