JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2013 Jacksonville said goodbye to 2025 and rang in the New Year with a spectacular fireworks display over the St. Johns River. <\/p>\n

Hundreds of people made their way to the waterfront on Dec. 31 to snag a great seat for the festivities. <\/p>\n
Fireworks began exactly at midnight and were launched from a barge on the St. Johns River just east of the Main Street Bridge, as well as from Lot S at the Shipyards. <\/p>\n
The fireworks presentation, which lasted about 12 minutes, were visible from both the North and South riverbanks, as well as from Brooklyn and portions of Riverside. <\/p>\n
