PHOTO PROVIDED<\/p>\n<p>The American Legion Auxiliary Unit 136 recently hosted its annual Pancakes with Santa event at the American Legion Post in St. James City, bringing holiday cheer to more than 40 local children and their families. <\/p>\n<p>The children enjoyed a delicious pancake breakfast, followed by festive fun playing in the \u201csnow,\u201d creating a joyful and memorable morning for all who attended.<\/p>\n<p>The event concluded with a special story time read by Elaine Roberts before Santa, Mrs. Claus and Santa\u2019s Elf made a grand appearance. Each child received a Christmas present, ensuring every young guest left with a smile.<\/p>\n<p>This beloved annual event is made successful through the generous donations received from the community and the dedicated members of the American Legion who volunteered their time to ensure every child had a wonderful experience. <\/p>\n<p>The members of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 136 extend their heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended and contributed, helping make this holiday tradition possible.<\/p>\n<p>Pancakes with Santa is held annually at the American Legion Post in St. James City.
