On the flip side, more residents moved out of New Jersey than any other state.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">But farther down south, the Sunshine State appears to have lost some of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clickorlando.com\/news\/florida\/2024\/10\/18\/nearly-1-million-more-people-flocked-to-florida-heres-where-they-came-from\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.clickorlando.com\/news\/florida\/2024\/10\/18\/nearly-1-million-more-people-flocked-to-florida-heres-where-they-came-from\/\">its luster from recent years<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">\u201cNotably, major Southern migration magnets like Texas and Florida \u2014 historically powerhouse inbound destinations \u2014 are now experiencing balanced migration patterns, reflecting how rising housing costs are beginning to constrain even traditionally attractive regions,&#8221; the study reads.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">[BELOW: Study says these metro areas in Florida are growing faster than anywhere else]<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">That said, it\u2019s not all doom and gloom.
