There’s no place like home for Cape Coral<\/a>, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. Everything went their way against the University Titans<\/a> on Saturday as they made off with a 69-43 win. The Seahawks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 20 points or more this season.<\/p>\n Despite the loss, University had strong showings from Brayden Carrico<\/a>, who posted nine points, and Josiah ‘Jojo’ Houlker<\/a>, who had 11 points. Houlker is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he’s posted one of at least 50% in the last three games he’s played. Levi Williams<\/a> was another key player, putting up six points.<\/p>\n Cape Coral pushed their record up to 10-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 76.5 points over those games. As for University, they have been struggling recently as they’ve lost seven of their last nine games. That’s put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season.<\/p>\n Cape Coral wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, an 82-30 defeat against Owasso on the 23rd. As for University, they have also already played their next matchup, a 50-33 loss against Poinciana Christian Preparatory on the 29th.<\/p>\n
