January 3, 2026 – Clearwater Marine Aquarium recently welcomed two bottlenose dolphins, a nurse shark, four tropical birds, five yellow-footed tortoises and one red-footed tortoise. The animals came from the Miami Seaquarium, which closed to the public in October. The two dolphins were born at the facility and lack the necessary skills to survive in the wild.<\/p>\n
