FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. (WSVN) – Surveillance video from a Fort Lauderdale smoke shop captured burglars breaking in for the second time in the past week.<\/p>\n
Video from inside Snoopy\u2019s Smoke Shop off North Federal Highway shows a masked individual run up to one of the windows before smashing it and running off. Moments later, two individuals jump through the broken window, with one carrying a large container.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re affected by this, our family\u2019s affected by this, we\u2019re running a business with a family, this is ridiculous,\u201d the smoke shop\u2019s owner said. \u201cThey can get away with this, they knew it and that\u2019s what they\u2019re doing.\u201d<\/p>\n
The store\u2019s owner is left shaken after having her shop broken into for the second time in a week. Earlier this week<\/a>, a trio broke into the store and made off with more than $1,000 in merchandise.<\/p>\n \u201cThis is our second time in a week,\u201d she said. \u201cI don\u2019t know what the cops are doing, why the people here didn\u2019t get caught yet.\u201d<\/p>\n The shop\u2019s security company alerted the owner to the break-in early Saturday morning.<\/p>\n After jumping through the store\u2019s window, the burglars went through, swiping several things off the shelves, even the entire cash register.<\/p>\n \u201cThey took a lot of stuff. They took a bunch of vapes, our inventory from the back, our whole register, iPad, everything,\u201d the owner said.<\/p>\n She wasn\u2019t alone in having her smoke shop burglarized during the week.<\/p>\n
