The 2025 Jacksonville Jaguars<\/a> under Liam Coen have accomplished something that only two other teams have in NFL history.<\/p>\n

With Sunday’s win over the Tennessee Titans<\/a>, the Jaguars<\/a> secured the AFC South title and their 13th win of the season.<\/p>\n

A year ago at this time, the Jaguars finished the 2024 season with a record of 4-13. Now they sit at 13-4 and are hosting a playoff game.<\/p>\n

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter<\/a>, the 2025 Jaguars join the 2025 Patriots and the 1999 Colts<\/a> as the only teams in league history to win 13 or more games in a season after losing 13 or more games.<\/p>\n

It’s been a tremendous Year 1 turnaround, sparked by one of the most productive offenses in football over the second half of the season, led by Trevor Lawrence, and a takeaway-heavy defense.<\/p>\n

Perhaps what stands out the most about this Coen-led Jaguars team is their resiliency.<\/p>\n

After blowing a 19-point fourth-quarter lead to Houston, the Jaguars were 5-4, and it felt like a fork in the road moment for this team. But since then, Jacksonville has won six games in a row, which tells us a lot about the makeup of this team under Coen’s leadership.<\/p>\n
