It\u2019s the kind of volume that would normally unfold over an entire season, condensed into just a few packed holiday weeks. From speakeasy sushi counters<\/a> and rooftop cocktail lounges<\/a> to plant-based imports<\/a>, smash-burger cult favorites<\/a>, and South Florida icons making nostalgic returns, the range of restaurants reflects a city that continues to evolve in real time. Miami did not wind down for the holidays. It accelerated.<\/p>\n
