January 5, 2026 – St. Petersburg-based Jabil Inc., a global engineering, supply chain and manufacturing solutions provider, has successfully completed its acquisition of Hanley Energy Group. The $725 million all-cash deal, which includes contingent consideration of up to $58 million for achieving future revenue benchmarks, closed Jan. 2. Ireland-based Hanley, an energy management and power solutions provider in the data center infrastructure industry, also has a U.S. headquarters in Virginia.<\/p>\n
