Also on the bill are country artist Carter Smith and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cltampa.com\/tampa\/the-best-tampa-bay-instrumental-bands-to-listen-to-right-now\/Slideshow\/18270235\/18270243\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Fil Pate Trio, one of the best instrumental bands in Tampa Bay<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a
