Fox News star Sean Hannity is looking to part ways with his Manalapan, Florida property \u2014 for a more than $20 million profit.<\/p>\n
The host of \u201cThe Sean Hannity Show\u201d shelled out $23.5 million<\/a> for the impressive waterfront mansion in late 2024 after quitting New York for the Sunshine State. <\/p>\n Little more than a year later, Hannity has opted to sell.<\/p>\n The fresh listing, first reported by Realtor.com<\/a>, asks a whopping $44.9 million \u2014 furniture included.
