The local Home Investment Partnerships Program provided an additional $3.5 million in funding for the development, which is located at 950 NW 95th St. .<\/p>\n<p>Apartments at <a href=\"https:\/\/relatedgroup.com\/properties\/residences-at-palm-court\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Residences at Palm Court<\/a> will feature energy-efficient stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. Community amenities will include a fitness center, co-working spaces, multipurpose room, computer lounge, walking paths, bike storage, dog park and on-site physical and mental health services provided by the Jesse Trice Community Health Center.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis community represents the best of what we can achieve when public and private sectors work together,\u201d said Nathan Kogon, director of housing and community development for <a href=\"https:\/\/southfloridaagentmagazine.com\/2025\/12\/31\/housing-scorecard-december-2025-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Miami-Dade County<\/a>. \u201cWe\u2019re building housing that protects seniors, supports families and strengthens entire neighborhoods.
