PETERSBURG \u2014 An 18-year-old Tarpon Springs woman walked away unharmed after her car overturned on a highway ramp during heavy fog, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.<\/p>\n<p>The woman was driving east on the Gateway Expressway around 7:40 a.m. Jan. 4 when she entered the ramp to southbound Interstate 275, troopers said. She was driving too fast for the foggy conditions and lost control on a curve, troopers said.<\/p>\n<p>The Kia Forte left the road and flipped over.<\/p>\n<p>Troopers cited the driver for careless driving.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"ST.
