(WCTV) &#8211; Florida State University celebrated a new chapter in business education with the ribbon-cutting for the new Herbert Wertheim Center for Business Excellence.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | text-start article-text\">A total of five floors and 220,000 square feet, the building is a game-changer for FSU\u2019s College of Business, giving students and faculty access to state-of-the-art facilities that foster innovation and entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | text-start article-text\">The center is made possible by a $65 million donation from Dr. Herbert Wertheim, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wctv.tv\/2025\/12\/22\/fsu-college-business-receives-65-million-philanthropic-investment\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.wctv.tv\/2025\/12\/22\/fsu-college-business-receives-65-million-philanthropic-investment\/\">the second-largest gift in FSU history<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | text-start article-text\">FSU President Richard McCullough and other university figures kicked off the celebrations this morning with a signing ceremony and ribbon-cutting.
