Now, following multiple revisions, the latest plans call for a 32-story building with 301 homes, about 1,200 square feet of ground-floor retail, and 367 parking spots.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-35858\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Screenshot-2025-10-18-at-8.13.44-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"634\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Updated site plans. Image by FSMY Architecture<\/p>\n<p>Aside from these alterations, many aspects of ArtsPark Lofts have remained the same through its various iterations, such as the types of on-site communal amenities. Floridian Development shares that the most notable change includes the building\u2019s overall height, which could be increased from 368 to 372 feet above grade. Fort Lauderdale\u2019s City Commission intends to review updated plans for ArtPark Lofts on October 23rd.<\/p>\n<p>FSMY Architecture designed the project. Florida YIMBY has reported on multiple projects in the Fort Lauderdale-based firm\u2019s pipeline. One was the <a href=\"https:\/\/floridayimby.com\/2025\/10\/exterior-work-nears-completion-at-society-las-olas-phase-2-in-downtown-fort-lauderdale.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">second phase of Las Olas<\/a>, a 42-story tower with 563 rental apartments in Downtown Fort Lauderdale.
