Welch invites the community to tune in to the annual &#8220;State of the City&#8221; at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. The State of the City will serve as an opportunity to celebrate achievements, milestones, and successes during Mayor Welch&#8217;s fourth year in office, and a look forward to what lies ahead in 2026.<\/p>\n<p>ATTEND THE EVENT<\/p>\n<p>Attend the event live at the Palladium, 253 5th Ave N. Note that seating is limited and attendees are encouraged to RSVP at <a class=\"ProsemirrorEditor-link\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.stpete.org\/SOTC2026\" target=\"_blank\">www.stpete.org\/SOTC2026<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Media Availability <\/p>\n<p>Due to limited seating at the Palladium, all interested and credentialed media should RSVP by emailing <a class=\"ProsemirrorEditor-link\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.stpete.org\/mailto:Communications@StPete.org\" target=\"_blank\">Communications@StPete.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Parking Information<\/p>\n<p>Parking is limited at the Palladium. In addition to street parking, we recommend the following parking options:<\/p>\n<p>Museum of the American Arts &amp; Crafts Movement&#8217;s Parking Garage, located at 350 3rd St. N, for $1 per hour.<\/p>\n<p>Sundial\/MidCore Parking Garage: Entrance located at 117 2nd St. N., 3 blocks from the Palladium.
