Former lawman Rudy Giuliani <\/a>was seen dancing at a \u201cMiami Vice\u201d-themed <\/a>birthday party in a white blazer and black shirt Saturday \u2014 the first time he\u2019s been spotted on his own steam since his car crash over the summer.<\/p>\n Giuliani, 81, emerged at Newsmax anchor Bianca de la Garza\u2019s 50th birthday bash at Nikki Beach Miami Beach, where the dress code was \u201cMiami Vice South Beach Chic.\u201d<\/p>\n Last month, the ex-mayor appeared at Ground Zero in a wheelchair and dramatic body brace to commemorate 9\/11, after he\u2019d suffered fractured vertebra in an Aug. 30 crash in New Hampshire when his car was rear-ended.<\/p>\n Rudy Giuliani was spotted dancing at Bianca de la Garza\u2019s birthday in Miami. A source said, \u201cThe mayor was enjoying dinner before hitting the dance floor for a birthday dance with the birthday girl. Mayor Giuliani was all smiles as he enjoyed the evening alongside a small circle of friends, including his close confidante, Ted Goodman.\u201d<\/p>\n The insider added: \u201cHe was having a great time from the second\u00a0they arrived .\u2009.\u2009. He\u2019s doing really well, he was not wearing a brace, [and was] very upbeat, all smiles. He took a lot of pictures with people. He\u2019s a big fan of Bianca.\u201d<\/p>\n De La Garza put out a new book last year.
