The Morgan Group and Boston-based Rockpoint formed a joint venture to develop Caroline at Sunrise, a 452-unit multifamily community.<\/p>\n
The project will feature apartments and townhomes on 21 acres in Fort Lauderdale\u2019s Sunrise submarket. A press release from Rockpoint describes Caroline as a garden-style community with amenities such as a two-story clubhouse, fitness center, yoga studio, pool, co-working space, pet spa and dog park.<\/p>\n
