It was listed in March 2025 for $22.9 million.<\/p>\n<p>The centerpiece of the compound is a two-story, 16,472 square-foot main residence built in 1915. Situated on 5.62 acres of land at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realtor.com\/realestateandhomes-detail\/802-Druid-Rd-S_Clearwater_FL_33756_M53335-04451\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">802 Druid Road S.<\/a>, the home was built on the grounds of Fort Harrison, established in 1841 on the top of a bluff overlooking Clearwater Harbor, and where the Harbor Oaks Residential District is today.<\/p>\n<p>With 10 bedrooms and 11 full bathrooms, the layout provides a combination of formal and informal spaces, including a grand entry hall, an expansive ballroom, a banquet-size dining room and a family room. The chef\u2019s kitchen is equipped with a cast iron range, two warming ovens, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, breakfast bar, work island and a casual dining area.<\/p>\n<p>Additional features include a 1,672 square-foot garage, home theater, tennis and basketball courts, two deep-water docks that can accommodate yachts up to 60 feet, two swimming pools and 213 feet of direct waterfrontage.<\/p>\n<p>Two adjacent properties, also built in 1915, are included in the sale. One is a two-story, 5,286 square-foot home with six bedrooms and five bathrooms situated on 2.71 acres of land at 800 Druid Road S.; and the other, a one-story, 3,046 square-foot home with three bedrooms and three bathrooms on a 2.74-acre lot at 820 Druid Road S.<\/p>\n<p>The seller, Clearwater attorney Bryan J. Stanley, purchased 820 Druid Road S. in 2019 for $2.635 million, and 802 and 800 Druid Road S. in 2020 for $9.3 million \u2013 both under the registered name Clearwater Beach Company, LLC.<\/p>\n<p>The buyer, Thomas C. Photo: Crexi.com.<\/p>\n<p>WaterView Retail Center for sale<\/p>\n<p>WaterView Retail Center, a 14,518 square-foot shopping center located on the ground floor of a 15-story tower at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crexi.com\/properties\/2313499\/florida-waterview-retail-center\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">100 Main St.<\/a>, St. Petersburg, has hit the market for $8.5 million.<\/p>\n<p>Located within the Echelon City Center, WaterView, a 226-unit luxury apartment building situated on two parcels of land, was built in 2021. Photo: Homes.com.<\/p>\n<p>Tarpon Springs equestrian estate for sale<\/p>\n<p>A 6,013 heated square-foot home situated on 2.53 acres at <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.homes.com\/property\/3530-old-keystone-rd-tarpon-springs-fl\/cdllv37vs23lw\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">3530 Old Keystone Rd.<\/a>, Tarpon Springs has listed for $2.3 million. The offering also includes an option to purchase an adjacent vacant 2.51-acre plot of land for a combined purchase price of $2.65 million.<\/p>\n<p>The two-story residence features six bedrooms, five full bathrooms and five half-bathrooms, including a 900 square-foot guest apartment with its own entrance, bathroom and kitchenette. Photo: Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.<\/p>\n<p>Largo\u2019s Enclave on East Apartments sells<\/p>\n<p>The sale of Enclave on East Apartments, at <a href=\"https:\/\/properties.zoomprospector.com\/pflugerville\/property\/3660-E-Bay-Dr-Largo-Florida\/1C0F05A0-E71B-4C01-95EF-FDE559C1ED54\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">3660 East Bay Dr.<\/a>, Largo, closed Dec. 18 for a purchase price of $34 million.<\/p>\n<p>Completed in 1986, the three-building property sits on 14.19 acres of land and offers 196 units across 154,356 square feet of living space.<\/p>\n<p>Apartments range in size from 579 to 761 square feet for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit; 956 square feet for a two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit; and 1,051 to 1,240 square feet for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit.<\/p>\n<p>Select residences include washer and dryer connections, upgraded kitchens, fireplaces and vaulted ceilings. Photo: Crexi.com.<\/p>\n<p>Pinellas Park multi-unit industrial asset for sale<\/p>\n<p>A dual-parcel, four-building industrial property with a combined 22,411 square feet at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crexi.com\/properties\/2315377\/florida-6400-53rd-st-n-warehouse\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">6400 53rd Street N.<\/a>, Pinellas Park, has listed for $3.2 million.<\/p>\n<p>One parcel features two structures situated on 0.74 acres of land. Both are constructed with pre-finished metal exterior walls and a corrugated metal roof \u2013 one with 3,036 square feet built in 1979 and the other with 7,500 square feet built in 1986. Three-thousand square feet of office and showroom space is fully air-conditioned.<\/p>\n<p>The second parcel comprises 1.29 acres of land with two structures.
