{"id":111786,"date":"2026-01-09T13:13:13","date_gmt":"2026-01-09T13:13:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/111786\/"},"modified":"2026-01-09T13:13:13","modified_gmt":"2026-01-09T13:13:13","slug":"police-make-arrest-following-fatal-triple-shooting-in-miramar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/111786\/","title":{"rendered":"Police make arrest following fatal triple shooting in Miramar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/miami\/tag\/miramar-police\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" data-invalid-url-rewritten-http=\"\">Police in Miramar<\/a> said an arrest has been made in connection to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/miami\/news\/miramar-gas-station-shooting-one-killed-multiple-injured\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-invalid-url-rewritten-http=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">fatal triple shooting that took place at a gas station<\/a> earlier this week.<\/p>\n<p>Police said 28-year-old J&#8217;Shaun Williams, who remains in the hospital, has officially been charged for his involvement in the incident.<\/p>\n<p>Police said he&#8217;s now under the custody of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/miami\/tag\/broward-county\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" data-invalid-url-rewritten-http=\"\">Broward<\/a> Sheriff&#8217;s Office.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, police said a third suspect in the incident that ran from the scene remains at large. Police are asking for the public&#8217;s help in locating that suspect.<\/p>\n<p>      <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/cbsmiami-miramar-shooting-1.jpg#.jpeg\" alt=\"cbsmiami-miramar-shooting-1.jpg \" height=\"349\" width=\"620\" class=\" lazyload\"  loading=\"lazy\"\/><\/p>\n<p>  Deadly gas station shootout caught on video<\/p>\n<p>The deadly shootout took place at a Sunoco gas station on Pembroke Road and DeSoto Drive, according to Miramar police.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/miami\/news\/miramar-gas-station-shooting-video\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-invalid-url-rewritten-http=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">The surveillance video<\/a> shows a man walking up to a Mercedes that was parked at one of the gas pumps and starts to talk to two other men who were standing near the car.<\/p>\n<p>In less than a minute, shots rang out.<\/p>\n<p>In another video, there appears to be some sort of altercation before gunfire erupted.<\/p>\n<p>Police said 19-year-old Christian Corea was killed.
