Designed by Arquitectonica, the project will deliver 517 residences, 28,197 square feet of amenities, and 2,923 square feet of ground-floor retail space.<\/p>\n<p>The groundbreaking ceremony, held on October 15, 2025, brought together key representatives from the development and construction teams, including Brian Pearl, Principal and Co-Founder of Global City Development; Adam Adler, Principal; Alec Mu\u00f1oz, Senior Vice President of Construction; Luis Bermudez, Principal of Gilu Development; and Alexis Leal, Head of Florida for Shawmut Design and Construction. Sweetwater Mayor Jose \u201cPepe\u201d Diaz attended as a special guest, marking the occasion as a milestone for the growing community.<\/p>\n<p>Tech Tower aims to redefine workforce housing by offering high-quality residences paired with condo-level amenities designed for professionals and families within Miami-Dade\u2019s expanding urban corridor.
