MARTIN COUNTY \u2014 Martin County Sheriff\u2019s Office have arrested a Port St. Lucie man on alleged child sex crimes.<\/p>\n
A Martin County Sheriff\u2019s deputy posed as a 14-year-old girl and communicated with 24-year-old Jamal Howard Jacas.<\/p>\n
According to MCSO, during the online conversations, the undercover detective clearly and repeatedly stated she was 14.<\/p>\n
Jacas continued to communication despite allegedly being aware of the juvenile\u2019s age.<\/p>\n
They agreed to meet in Martin County after being told that the juvenile\u2019s mother would be asleep, according to MCSO.<\/p>\n
Jacas was arrested at the meetup located and was charged with:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Traveling to seduce, solicit, or lure a child to commit a sex act<\/p>\n
\u2022 Unlawful use of a two-way communication device<\/p>\n
\u2022 Use of a computer to solicit a child to commit a sex act<\/p>\n
