Officials said the art should be &#8220;visually engaging, lively, positive and playful.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-v-6c8e215c=\"\">Artists working in a wide range of media are encouraged <a href=\"https:\/\/artist.callforentry.org\/festivals_unique_info.php?ID=16275\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">to apply<\/a>. The deadline to submit an application is Jan. 13 at 11:59 p.m.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-v-6c8e215c=\"\">Once the application window closes, several artists will be selected to submit proposals. Finalists will receive a $1,500 stipend for their proposal.
