The Cape Coral Police Department is asking for the public\u2019s help in identifying this suspect involved in an armed robbery early this morning.<\/p>\n

Just after midnight today, Jan. 12, officers were called to 1540 Andalusia Blvd., Cape Coral. Call notes indicated a store clerk was robbed after a suspect displayed a firearm.<\/p>\n

The clerk told officers a white man in a grey long-sleeved shirt with a big hat pulled out a firearm and displayed it to her, then told her \u201cdon\u2019t try to be a hero.\u201d The clerk turned over an undisclosed amount of money and the suspect fled.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The CCPD released three photos of the robbery suspect (attached).<\/p>\n
