Atlanta-based real estate firm Quinn Residences has delivered its first residential community in the greater Tampa Bay area, adding new rental housing in one of Manatee County\u2019s fastest-growing corridors.<\/p>\n
The company completed Quinn Residences at Moccasin Wallow in Parrish, a purpose-built rental community with 284 newly constructed cottages and townhomes. <\/p>\n
The project marks Quinn\u2019s entry into the Tampa Bay market at a time when housing access remains a central issue across the region.<\/p>\n

The community delivered its first homes in September 2025 and sits just east of Interstate 75 in Parrish, an area that has seen steady residential growth as development continues to push south along the I-75 corridor.<\/p>\n
