He\u2019s helped generate over $2 billion in career sales, according to a press release.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are pleased to welcome Nir to Douglas Elliman and to the Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale team,\u201d said Jay Phillip Parker, CEO of brokerage, Florida region and president of Douglas Elliman. \u201cHe brings extensive experience in <a href=\"https:\/\/southfloridaagentmagazine.com\/2025\/01\/06\/marketing-development-projects-residential-resales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">development and pre-construction sales<\/a>, with a clear understanding of how to position a project of this scale in the market.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Viceroy marks the <a href=\"https:\/\/southfloridaagentmagazine.com\/slideshows\/naftali-group-gives-preview-of-jem-private-residences-penthouses\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Naftali Group<\/a>\u2019s first branded residential condo development in downtown Fort Lauderdale.
