Carducci was previously the general manager of the Kansas City Current, where she spent 19 months leading the team to the 2024 NWSL x Liga MX Femenil Summer Cup and 2025 NWSL Shield. <\/p>\n

How Carducci got here <\/p>\n
Carducci said she received a phone call from Haley Carter shortly before her departure from the Pride, letting her know about the an opening coming soon in Orlando. <\/p>\n
Bloom Sports Partners, which conducted the search for the position, shortly reached out to Carducci to begin the interview process. <\/p>\n
“The short headline is you’ve got a very clear idea right away, she knows her stuff, and that’s really the bottom line,” Wilf said on Carducci. “It’s also the way she she kind of presents a way that she wants to build things collaboratively. She understands the game. She’s been around in very high level positions at league level, at federation level, so she has a tremendously interesting and broad breadth of experience.”<\/p>\n
Carducci shared that preseason training camp starts next week and is in conversations with head coach Seb Hines on getting the team ready for the start of the 2026 NWSL season. <\/p>\n
