The City Council is requesting a proposal for a developer or company to help manage parts of the project, including the parking garage, the pool and the community center. “I think it’s a great idea. If they can get a developer and save us taxpayers the money, gosh, go for it. Get a few developers in case one backs out,” said Cape Coral resident Lori McKenzie.
